Following our recent, successful, first ever lunch with a director event, “Pie, Peas and Davy” with the Giants owner and chairman Ken Davy, we are pleased to announce that we are following that up with our second such event.

Former Giants chairman and current club President Keith Hellawell will be the next director to join us for our lunch break.

“Eat, Meet and Greet with Keith” will take place once again at the John Smith’s Stadium on Wednesday April 2nd and should run from 12.30 until around 2.15.

The event is completely free for HGSA members, all we ask is that you register your interest by emailing your name and membership number to hgsapublicity@gmail.com by Monday March 31st.

There are 8 places available and these will be selected by a random generator and only the winner will be notified.

Keith is a long time director of the Giants and was chairman between 2021-2024, he is probably best remembered for his high profile role as Chief Constable of West Yorkshire Police and as chairman of Sports Direct.

Keith can be warm and humorous and has plenty of tales to regale during his long career in and outside the Huddersfield Giants and will be great company to sit and have lunch with!.
