NOTICE OF THE 2025 HGSA Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Dear HGSA member,
This year’s AGM will be held on Wednesday October 8th October, 7.30pm Upstairs Lounge, Laund Hill Sports Complex, HD3 3XF and will be followed by our Speakers Evening. We are planning for it to be with our Wagstaff Trophy winner but will confirm nearer the time.
The AGM agenda and reports will be distributed a few days after the final home game to enable us to complete the accounts.
If you have any important issues you would like to raise under Any Other Business (AOB) at the AGM please provide details to the HGSA Secretary no later than 28th September.
