Our Annual General Meeting takes place this coming Wednesday, October 8th, in the function room at Laund Hill community sports park.

Doors will open at 7:00pm with the AGM commencing at 7:30pm.

Members will have received an email containing their AGM pack/Reports etc as well as an Agenda, anyone who has not yet received these please contact us to assist.

As per the AGM pack we have a couple of roles on the committee to fill and nominations have now closed for these roles, voting to ratify all positions will take place on the evening.

At the close of the AGM we will be having our usual speakers evening and this months guest will be our 2025 Wagstaff trophy award winner – George Flanagan.

George will be joining us to receive his keepsake trophy and chatting to us about himself, his career, his hopes and plans and of course taking part in the all important speakers quiz, can he topple George King’s score and make himself this year’s champion?

Finally, George will be answering your questions and will be on hand for pictures and autographs for a few moments after.

The event is strictly HGSA members only though memberships can be purchased up until the event online.

Please have membership cards available for inspection at the door.

Free parking is provided and the bar and kitchen will be open from 6:30pm.
